Role Overview

This position involves managing client relations and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders including clients, consultants, and vendors. The Architect will lead project execution through design development, accurate drawing preparation, and site coordination, adhering to both domestic and international standards. Creativity and innovation are vital, requiring the generation of unique design concepts and incorporation of latest technologies. Compliance with project processes and timely documentation is also a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive and prompt communication with clients and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and resolution of queries.
• Coordinate effectively with various project participants such as consultants and vendors.
• Develop schematic design diagrams reflecting design progression around core concepts.
• Review and prepare architectural and interior design developments comprehensively.
• Create precise presentation and working drawings using software tools including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Google SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Ensure drawings meet 100% accuracy and comply with relevant domestic and international design guidelines.
• Prepare detailed architectural, civil, structural, and thematic AutoCAD drawings including sectional, typical, and shop drawings necessary for construction.
• Conduct detailed calculations and prepare bills of quantities with specifications aligned to designs.
• Work closely with on-site execution teams on technical project aspects and conduct regular site visits to audit compliance with approved designs.
• Interpret project briefs considering client needs, budgets, and site constraints to develop innovative and unique design ideas.
• Recommend and integrate the latest materials, technologies, and processes into design work.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures for project documentation and ensure timely submission of drawing registers monthly.
• Manage project execution in line with contractual obligations and maintain records for claims related to additional work.
