Role Overview

We seek a visionary and proficient Architect to craft innovative, practical, and sustainable architectural designs. The position requires translating client briefs and creative ideas into executable architectural plans, balancing aesthetics with functionality, feasibility, legal mandates, and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and comprehensive plans aligned with project objectives.
• Interpret client requirements into clear and viable design solutions and proposals.
• Develop and assess drawings, specifications, presentations, and documentation related to projects.
• Facilitate coordination of architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and various engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and team members throughout design and implementation phases.
• Evaluate design modifications, anticipate issues, and offer practical solutions to maintain quality and project aims.
• Assist in project planning, design evolution, document preparation, and construction-related tasks.
• Participate actively in design reviews, technical forums, and quality assurance measures.
• Keep abreast of advancements in architectural technologies, materials, sustainable practices, and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a closely related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles, design workflows, construction methodologies, and building systems.
• Competency in architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent.
• Capability to generate precise architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and presentation visuals.
• Strong comprehension of building regulations, accessibility standards, and relevant codes.
• Good understanding of construction materials, detailing, techniques, and building technologies.
• Exceptional visual, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Close attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple design criteria efficiently.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Skillful in assessing design options and providing informed, practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with sustainable design concepts and eco-friendly building practices is advantageous.
