Role Summary

We seek a full-time Architect based on-site in Darbhanga to spearhead architectural design efforts. The role includes generating design concepts, developing detailed drawings, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes. The Architect will coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders, managing design documentation, reviewing construction plans to preserve design intent, and advancing project schedules. Continuous enhancement of design methodologies and team collaboration is also integral to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and translate them into comprehensive designs and drawings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain adherence to local building codes and safety standards throughout design and construction phases.
• Manage schedules for design deliverables and support overall project planning efforts.
• Review construction plans regularly to verify the implementation aligns with original design intentions.
• Contribute to refining architectural processes to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable tools.
• Basic knowledge of software development and integration relevant to architectural design environments like BIM.
• Understanding of local building regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related discipline; professional licensure or eligibility preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams on-site.
• Experience handling residential or commercial development projects, particularly within similar regional settings, is advantageous.
