GK Infra & Developers is an established firm specializing in construction-based projects, currently seeking a skilled Architect to enhance their team in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.

Job Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D architectural plans and working drawings for both residential and commercial developments.
• Gather and interpret client requirements to develop effective layouts and designs.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit for design and drafting tasks.
• Draft comprehensive floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Conduct site measurements and assess existing site conditions accurately.
• Coordinate collaboratively with structural engineers, site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Assist in preparing documentation and drawings necessary for municipal approvals.
• Analyze Bills of Quantities and material needs, offering technical input to the execution team.
• Oversee and inspect site activities to verify compliance with architectural drawings.
• Manage drawing revisions and implement client requested changes promptly.
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all project drawings and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with SketchUp or Revit is a beneficial plus.
• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D architectural design principles.
• Familiarity with preparing working drawings and site execution processes.
• Knowledge and experience in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation are mandatory.
• Ability to read and prepare electrical and plumbing drawings.
• Basic understanding of building bye-laws and approval procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Education and Experience

Applicants should possess a B.Arch degree or a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualifications. Prior experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in Construction or Redevelopment projects is preferred.

Additional Information

• The role demands flexibility to work both onsite at the office and at construction sites.
• Candidates must demonstrate the capability to handle tasks independently and manage responsibilities confidently.
• The monthly salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
