Role Summary

This is a full-time position based on-site in Doha, Qatar. Arabic Speaking Security Guards are responsible for ensuring safety through surveillance of the premises, access control, and regular patrol operations. Key duties include identifying and reporting suspicious behavior, reacting appropriately to security incidents by adhering to established protocols, verifying identification, managing visitor access, using security technologies such as CCTV, and maintaining detailed incident logs. Effective communication skills in Arabic and English are essential to maintaining a secure and professional environment with clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for professional interaction with various stakeholders.
• Experience or formal training in physical security tasks, including access control, patrolling, and handling incidents.
• Understanding of personnel security measures and private security ethics, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluency in spoken Arabic and a good level of English for instructions, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Prior work experience in security guard roles or related security services is preferred.
• Ability to stay alert, composed, and make quick decisions under pressure or during emergencies.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; possession of relevant security certifications or licenses issued in Qatar is advantageous.
• Clean background check mandatory; must be authorized to work legally in Qatar.
