Role Summary

We are seeking proficient AR Calling specialists, including Senior AR Callers, with experience in Physician or Hospital Billing. This role demands expertise in End-to-End Denials Management to support healthcare revenue cycle activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accounts receivable calling related to Physician Billing or Hospital Billing.
• Manage end-to-end denials processes to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Engage in collection activities to ensure optimal cash flow.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to validate billing data and follow up on discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a minimum of one year hands-on experience in AR Calling.
• Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end denials management is compulsory.
• Experience in either Physician Billing or Hospital Billing domains.
• Any graduate degree is acceptable.

Additional Information

• Location: Chennai, Bangalore, and Trichy.
• Experience Range: 1 to 4 years.
• Compensation: Up to 40,000 INR in-hand monthly.
