Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Caller (Physician / Hospital Billing)
We are seeking experienced Accounts Receivable Callers skilled in medical billing, particularly in physician and hospital billing. This role involves following up on accounts receivable and managing denial processes to optimize revenue recovery for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls related to accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Manage denial cases efficiently to resolve billing issues and maximize reimbursements.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate resolutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in AR calling within medical billing, focusing on physician and hospital billing.
- Proficiency in managing denials related to medical billing.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to handle client and stakeholder interactions.

- Work Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Mumbai, Hyderabad - Onsite work mode.
