Role Summary

YES BANK is engaging fresh graduates for a one-year full-time Apprenticeship Program focusing on Commercial Cards. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in banking with an interest in client servicing and corporate product solutions.

Key Duties

• Coach corporate clients on managing their spend, control mechanisms, working capital advantages, and enhancing process efficiencies.
• Spot opportunities to promote and cross-sell various Commercial Card products.
• Formulate account strategies aimed at growing wallet share and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, resolve issues, and improve service quality.
• Collect market and customer feedback to aid product development and business expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduates preferred, including MBA or any graduate degree holders.
• Strong communication and client engagement abilities.
• Motivation to build a career within Corporate Sales and Commercial Cards domain.
• Applicants must not currently possess an active Provident Fund account.

Compensation & Location

The apprenticeship offers a monthly stipend totaling INR 30,500, combining INR 26,000 from the bank and INR 4,500 from government support. The positions are available at Mumbai, Delhi, and Noida locations.
