Are you passionate about retail and eager to join a welcoming workplace? We are seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become a valued member of our team. Responsibilities

• Interact warmly with customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and with a positive impression of the store.
• Maintain and uphold high standards of store appearance and product presentation.
• Build relationships with the local community to promote and share the latest deals available on the high street.
• Complete in-store practical training over 12 months, supported by team members and a tutor.
• Engage in a final assessment involving discussion and observation to achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Candidate Requirements

• A passion for the retail products we offer.
• Interest and enthusiasm to work in a fast-moving retail environment.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to participate actively.

Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or Scotland National 4’s.
• Applicants must not currently be enrolled in any form of education and must be available to work full-time shifts.
• The applicant must not have previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
• Eligibility to legally work in the United Kingdom is required.
• Applicants should be new to retail experience.
