About the Role
If you have a passion for retail, this position offers the perfect opportunity. We are seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become a part of our vibrant team. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to engage, requiring a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork. Your mission is to create wonderful customer experiences and maintain excellent store standards, becoming a valued member of the community and a future leader within the company.
Training and Qualification
Training will take place entirely in-store over the first 12 months with no college days or homework involved. The conclusion of your training includes an evaluation based on discussion of your experiences and observed performance. You will receive continuous support from colleagues and a mentor to successfully achieve your Level 2 Retail Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Requirements
- Possess GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths; Scottish National 4 equivalent accepted.
- Not currently engaged in education and available for full-time shifts.
- Not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- New to retail industry experience.
