Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and thank customers, ensuring a warm and attentive service.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, promptly identifying and reporting any hazards.
- Collaborate with diverse colleagues while adapting to a dynamic industry landscape.
- Learn to produce and bake various types of bread using specialized equipment and machinery.
- Complete a 3-year apprenticeship including both practical on-the-job training and TAFE coursework.
- Attend all classes and successfully finish all assessments related to the Certificate III in Retail Baking.
