We invite skilled Applied Scientists eager to deepen their business knowledge, craft scalable machine learning solutions, and collaborate globally across disciplines to achieve technical excellence.

Challenge Scope

With digital content expanding rapidly, intelligent moderation has become essential for internet platforms. Moderation systems face growing complexity, increasingly adversarial tactics, and challenges such as fluctuating rule sets, diverse content forms, limited labeled data, escalating adversarial content, and interpretability constraints. Publicly available large models often underperform when addressing evolving moderation rules, long texts and sequences, multilingual content, scarce samples, and AI-generated adversarial content.

Qualifications

• Candidates completing or having recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Demonstrated modeling expertise in areas such as advertising, search engines, recommender systems, natural language processing, computer vision, multimodal approaches, or agent technology.
• Strong foundation and applied experience in algorithms linked to Large Language Models (LLMs), including single-modal LLM deployment and applications.
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences like ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, or ECCV.
