Application Executive - Operational Support

About the Role

Dnyanadeep Academy For UPSC And MPSC is a focused educational institute committed to preparing students for competitive exams such as UPSC and MPSC. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Operational Support Associate with a BCA degree to oversee, monitor, and support daily workflows of applications. This position involves being the frontline for application technical support, ensuring smooth system performance, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating continuous operations both for internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily application workflows including jobs, data transfers, and automation tasks to guarantee seamless functioning.
• Provide first and second-level support by diagnosing and resolving application-related incidents, escalating more complex problems to development teams as necessary.
• Execute daily operational duties such as running batch scripts, performing database queries, and ensuring accurate data reconciliation.
• Handle user support requests related to access issues, application errors, and data discrepancies, maintaining resolution within established service level agreements.

Candidate Profile

• Academic qualification: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or an equivalent software/IT-related degree.
• Technical proficiency: Skilled in SQL database management including crafting basic to intermediate queries.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows, including fundamental scripting knowledge.
• Basic understanding of web applications, REST API integration, and software application lifecycle.
• Experience range: Suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years in IT support, application operations, or production support roles.
