Application Architect

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Application Architect to join a prominent company specializing in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This position is located in Navi Mumbai (Belapur) and requires candidates to be available for immediate joining.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standards for application architecture and enforce governance frameworks.
• Design enterprise solutions that are scalable, secure, and dependable.
• Interpret business needs into comprehensive technical architectures.
• Produce high-level designs (HLDs), low-level designs (LLDs), UML models, and technical standard operating procedures.
• Set coding guidelines, design methodologies, and adhere to industry best practices.
• Assess and advise on new technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Develop proof of concepts, case analyses, and technology demonstrations to explore emerging solutions.
• Guarantee application systems meet performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance criteria.
• Analyze current architectural setups, identify deficiencies, and craft future roadmap strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Over 12 years of professional experience in IT.
• At least 5 years dedicated experience in the BFSI sector (mandatory).
• Proficient in enterprise application architecture and solution planning.
• Experience in architecture governance, documentation, and tuning application performance.

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, or a full-time MCA.
• Must possess at least one of the following certifications:
  • Azure Solution Architect Practitioner
  • Sun Certified Enterprise Architecture Java EE
  • TOGAF or an equivalent credential
