About the Role
Join a Fortune Global 500 company to leverage your communication expertise in supporting regional customer and social communications across Asia Pacific. This permanent position at UPS is centered on crafting, coordinating, and maintaining customer-facing materials while ensuring alignment with company marketing strategies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and tailor communications such as customer letters, service alerts, invoices, talking points, email templates, brochures, infographics, and sales enablement documents designed for customer engagement.
- Transform technical and operational data into accessible, concise content aimed at customers.
- Evaluate incoming communication requests, suggest appropriate formats, and ensure all content aligns with APAC marketing priorities and UPS branding.
- Maintain current and accurate communications and sales materials, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal policies.
- Organize and manage the storage and distribution of communication resources on designated digital platforms for both internal and external use.
- Oversee project coordination including managing requests, setting timelines, securing approvals, and liaising with regional, local, and vendor stakeholders.
- Facilitate rapid creation and approval of time-sensitive communications.
- Coordinate APAC rate guide updates, including content review, localization, uploading, and dissemination.
- Manage the localization, translation, and distribution process for communications materials across APAC territories.
- Provide operational support such as budget monitoring, financial documentation, and collaborating with Finance and Accounts teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in communications, marketing communications, content development, or sales enablement roles.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills with the capacity to develop clear and audience-tailored content; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of cultural nuances across APAC markets.
- Proficient in managing projects including schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Experience engaging with internal stakeholders and preparing business communications including presentations and briefings.
- Knowledgeable in content marketing, creative development, production workflows, and brand compliances.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a dedication to ongoing professional development.
