Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to become a part of our engineering team, responsible for delivering functional and user-centric Android applications promptly.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean and efficient Android application code.
• Track and enhance performance of live applications through code optimization.
• Detect and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to improve app quality.
• Conduct unit and instrumentation testing on developed code.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to come up with and design new features.
• Keep informed about the latest trends, technologies, and protocols in mobile development.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years experience as an Android Developer utilizing Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Android NDK.
• Experience with publishing applications on the Google Play Store.
• Solid record in applying mobile architecture design patterns such as MVVM, MVC or MVP.
• Knowledge of Jetpack libraries management.
• Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks including Dagger, Hilt, Koin, or Kodein.
• Familiarity with integration of RESTful APIs within Android apps.
• Proficiency in using version control systems, notably Git.
• Experience using diverse testing tools for Android development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Additional beneficial experience includes XMPP, WebRTC, and working knowledge of audio/video calling apps.
