Role Overview

We are seeking an Analyst to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will aid in client projects by conducting research, analyzing data, benchmarking, performing financial calculations, and drafting client presentations and reports. You'll work closely with consultants, managers, and directors, managing assigned tasks independently and progressing them from inception to polished initial drafts. Proficiency and responsible use of AI tools are essential to enhance research, analysis, and written outputs.

Key Duties

• Conduct comprehensive research across markets, sectors, policies, and competitors within the UAE, GCC, and international arenas.
• Carry out benchmarking studies, quantitative and financial analyses to support feasibility assessments, business cases, and operating model evaluations.
• Develop and maintain Excel models including detailed cost breakdowns and scenario analyses.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations, analytical reports, and deliverables ready for clients.
• Ensure data validation with clear documentation and accuracy throughout all outputs.
• Assist in client interactions, workshops, and interviews including recording minutes and following up on action points.
• Maintain project documentation such as trackers, risk registers, and engagement records.
• Leverage AI solutions to increase efficiency and quality in research, data analysis, and drafting tasks.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by developing templates, AI workflows, and best practice guidelines.
• Support tenders, proposals, and business development efforts through market investigations, preparing credentials, and ensuring compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Up to 2 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, investment research, or similar professional settings; internships with relevant exposure will be considered.
• Familiarity with strategy frameworks and business analysis methodologies.
• Understanding of fundamental financial principles including financial statements, cash flow, net present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analytical and presentation purposes.
• Strong analytical thinking, numeric aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken, in English.
• Experienced user of AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot applied in research, analysis, and content drafting.
• Knowledge of the UAE and GCC economic landscape and governmental structures is a plus.
• Arabic language proficiency and experience with Power BI or Power Automate are advantageous.
