Position Overview
We are looking to recruit an Analog Layout Engineer with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in mixed signal and analog IC layout. The position is based in Bangalore or Hubli, India. Candidates should possess strong familiarity with Cadence and Mentor Graphics (Calibre) tools and have experience working with semiconductor process nodes such as 180nm, 150nm, 130nm, or smaller. Practical knowledge in Dongbu Process Design Kit (PDK), Analog block layout (including references, amplifiers, and data converters), and BCD process technology is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering (BE/BSc/Diploma).
Technical Skills
- Minimum 4 years experience in Mixed Signal and Analog Layout design.
- Proficiency with Cadence and Mentor (Calibre) EDA tools.
- Experience with advanced semiconductor fabrication nodes, preferably 180nm and below.
- Familiarity with Dongbu PDK for design implementation.
- Expertise in Analog blocks layout: references, amplifiers, and data converters.
- Working knowledge of BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) process.
