Role Overview
We seek an amicable and energetic front office staff member to manage the reception area, assist visitors with their requirements, and uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at Splashit.
- Assist visitors in accessing paints, food, and any additional needs during their time here.
- Guide and support customers within the neon room to ensure an enjoyable and safe visit.
- Maintain tidiness and orderliness in both the reception zone and the entire premises.
- Address customer questions and provide detailed information regarding our services.
- Deliver a positive, welcoming, and pleasant experience for every visitor.
