Job Summary

We are seeking a cheerful and dynamic Front Staff member to join Splashit's team. This role involves managing the reception area, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring that the facility remains clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at Splashit.
• Support visitors with glow paint, food, and any additional requirements during their time at the center.
• Guide and assist guests in the neon room to ensure their enjoyment and safety.
• Keep the reception and entire facility tidy and orderly.
• Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information about Splashit's services.
• Foster a positive and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

• स्प्लैशिट में आने पर ग्राहकों का स्वागत करें।
• ग्राहकों को पेंट, भोजन और उनकी यात्रा के दौरान किसी भी अन्य आवश्यकता में सहायता करें।
• ग्राहकों को नियोन कमरे में मार्गदर्शन और सहायता प्रदान करें और सुनिश्चित करें कि उन्हें अच्छा और सुरक्षित अनुभव हो।
• रिसेप्शन क्षेत्र और पूरे स्थान की सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखें।
• ग्राहक पूछताछ को संभालें और हमारी सेवाओं के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान करें।
