Primary Responsibilities

• Support algorithm development for international financial services including Payments, Credit Purchases, Loans, and Treasury operations.
• Apply advanced algorithmic methods such as causal inference, time-series analysis, graph learning, reinforcement learning, weak supervision, and operations research/optimization to scenarios like marketing sensitivity, financial forecasting, relational learning, fund network analysis, sequential marketing, and cost/channel optimization.
• Drive business expansion via iterative technical enhancements, building a top-tier intelligent growth algorithm team and capability.
• Implement algorithm applications in commercialization domains like marketing, recommendation, and advertising to broaden expertise.
• Explore integration of large language models (LLMs) with marketing and recommendation strategies, covering areas like generative recommendation, AI-assisted marketing agents, cross-lingual finance intent, and AI-powered automated modeling.
• Champion algorithmic innovation and maintain a cutting-edge technological stack to stay ahead in the industry.
• Leverage global business datasets and gain hands-on experience with international AI deployment to enhance professional competencies as an internationally-focused AI expert.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree or higher, with candidates from the 2027 graduating class preferred; fields of study include Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Mining, or related disciplines.
• In-depth understanding of data structures, machine learning, deep learning, and large model technologies; proficient with TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks.
• Strong practical skills, quick learning abilities, a keen interest in recent technological advancements, and enthusiasm for AI.
• Experience applying algorithms within marketing, recommendation systems, advertising, search engines, or large model environments is advantageous; familiarity with financial business applications is a plus though not mandatory.
• Experience with large-scale business or commercial deployments is preferred.
• Solid foundation in algorithmic theories including deep learning, causal inference, time-series modeling, graph learning, reinforcement learning, weak supervision, natural language processing, knowledge graphs, and large language models.
• Algorithmic innovation, publication in international conferences, or achievement in competitions will be considered assets.
