Job Overview

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling activities on a management and shift basis, ensuring compliance with local procedures, brand standards, and aviation regulations.
• Engage actively in daily operations, including working shifts during weekends and public holidays to maintain operational continuity.
• Manage and promote safety and security outcomes through risk assessment, hazard identification, and adherence to safety protocols and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate flight editing tasks and special guest services such as VIPs, PRM, and special categories, ensuring thorough planning and fulfillment.
• Develop, maintain, and rehearse emergency response, disruption handling, diversion, delay management, and business continuity plans for the station.
• Be responsible for on-time performance by managing delays including mitigation, accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Lead airport ancillary sales strategies, promoting compliance and performance monitoring within the team.
• Champion customer service standards by promoting, monitoring, and reporting service level KPIs.
• Fulfill the role of Local Security Contact Officer, ensuring adherence to security protocols.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferably possess a degree or equivalent in education or have relevant industry experience, demonstrating leadership, project management, and business solution competencies.
• Have at least 7 to 9 years of experience in leadership or senior management positions, with exposure to international business best practices.
• Experience working in high-pressure, multicultural, and shift-oriented environments in supervisory roles is essential.
• Proven leadership and communication skills across multiple stakeholders and channels at a large scale.
• Exposure to regional or international aviation operations is highly advantageous.
