This role is integrated under the Enhanced Warrant Officers Scheme (EWOS), providing a structured progression in a demanding operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and carry out loading and unloading tasks linked to multiple mission types, including ferry operations for passengers and cargoes, maritime aerial surveillance, aerial refueling, para-trooping activities, search and rescue missions, casualty evacuation (casevac), heliborne support operations, and loadmaster duties.
• At a supervisory tier, lead, instruct, and manage all Aircrew Specialists assigned under one's command.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess any diploma, NITEC, or Higher NITEC qualification.
• Eyesight standards: vision better than 500 degrees short-sightedness per eye; astigmatism less than 200 degrees per eye.
• Medical classification: PES rating A or B1.
