About the Role

We are a rapidly expanding creative agency seeking an innovative and AI-proficient Video Creator passionate about leveraging the latest AI technologies to produce captivating video content at scale.

The ideal candidate eagerly adopts new AI video tools upon release, masters their functionality to outperform competitors, and consistently crafts numerous high-quality videos daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce multiple AI-generated video pieces daily for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling efforts.
• Transform concepts, scripts, and briefs into engaging videos using advanced AI video generation applications.
• Compose well-crafted prompts that yield visually uniform and appealing AI-generated outputs.
• Integrate AI visuals with editing elements such as transitions, captions, sound design, and music to finalize refined videos.
• Experiment with and adopt emerging AI tools and workflows to enhance output quality and process efficiency.
• Create video content optimized for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital outlets.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and editors to realize creative visions.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across diverse clients and campaign materials.
• Manage concurrent projects effectively to deliver superior content on time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1–3 years creating digital content via AI tools, video editing software, or a fusion thereof; portfolio quality outweighs experience length.
• Proficient with AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Luma AI, Veo, Sora (as applicable), Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, or similar; eager and quick to learn additional applications.
• Skilled in developing prompts that produce consistent, imaginative, and production-grade results.
• Experienced with editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent to refine AI outputs.
• Problem-solving aptitude to creatively overcome AI tool limitations by combining multiple technologies as needed.
• Capability to efficiently produce multiple polished videos daily without sacrificing creative standards.
