Role Overview
This position entails taking full operational ownership of executing the company's comprehensive AI transformation strategy. The role emphasizes implementation, technical leadership, and cross-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment and operations of the AI Gateway.
- Oversee prioritized pilot projects related to AI initiatives.
- Develop governance frameworks, data classification standards, and human-review processes.
- Lead the AI War Room and coordinate implementation efforts across departments.
- Train AI Champions and promote acceptance of AI solutions across various business units.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, development teams, revenue operations, sales, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on experience as an AI Lead, AI Program Lead, AI Platform Lead, CTO, or in a comparable capacity.
- Proven expertise in implementing AI Gateways, large language model routing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows.
- Strong knowledge of governance, data protection regulations including GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and steering complex transformation projects.
- Fluent in German (business level) and competent in English.
- Availability to work full-time onsite at the Berlin location.
