Job description
Role Summary
We are looking for an AI Trainer to join our client's team remotely and full-time. The focus of this role is to enhance large language models by generating proprietary, high-quality data for fine-tuning and evaluation. This involves designing multi-turn conversations in which AI assistants execute function calls using tools such as calendars, email, maps, and drives to fulfill user requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Create multi-turn dialogues that mimic genuine exchanges between users and AI assistants leveraging tools like calendar, email, maps, and drive.
- Play both user and assistant roles, including managing assistant tool calls especially when corrections are necessary.
- Determine appropriate timing and manner for assistant tool usage to ensure a logical conversation flow and correct function call implementation.
- Develop conversations that exhibit natural language, intelligent responses, and contextual awareness through multiple dialogue turns.
- Revise conversation scripts based on feedback for enhanced clarity, realism, and value in training datasets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Competence in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting and generating training data.
- Background in designing multi-turn dialogues and simulating natural language interactions.
- Capability to imitate AI assistant behaviors including the use of function calls and tools.
- Knowledge of formatting standards and quality control procedures for training data preparation.
- Strong detail orientation to develop coherent and realistic conversational examples.
