Role Overview
This position is for an AI Trainer working remotely to support advancements in large language models by creating superior proprietary data for fine-tuning and evaluation. The role revolves around simulating multi-turn conversations where AI assistants utilize function-calling tools to fulfill user requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-turn dialogue scenarios that mimic authentic interactions between users and AI assistants leveraging tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
- Act out roles of both user and AI assistant, including executing assistant tool calls when corrections or adjustments are needed.
- Determine appropriate timing and method for AI assistants to engage available tools to maintain logical conversational flow and correct use of function calls.
- Create conversation examples illustrating natural language usage, intelligent decision-making, and contextual comprehension throughout multiple exchange turns.
- Refine dialogue examples based on feedback to enhance clarity, realism, and effectiveness for training purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Competency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting and generating data.
- Experience designing multi-turn dialogues and simulating natural language conversations.
- Capability to mimic AI assistant behaviors, including managing tool usage and function call implementation.
- Knowledge of data formatting standards and quality criteria necessary for training datasets.
- High attention to detail to produce realistic and coherent interactive scripts.
