- Effectively communicate technical risks and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders, facilitating consensus and informed decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent credential in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience encompassing software engineering, cybersecurity, and AI/ML delivery, including practical hands-on exposure.
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing teams or processes.
Preferred Expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies and associated security threats such as prompt injections, data exposures, and adversarial attacks.
- Hands-on skills in developing and securing applications using programming languages like Python and JavaScript, along with proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience implementing security throughout Secure Development practices including DevSecOps, integrated within CI/CD and MLOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems including AWS, Azure, and GCP, emphasizing cloud-native security principles.
- Understanding of data protection policies, identity and access management, and sound security architecture patterns.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, provide mentorship to engineers, and cultivate a robust engineering culture.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
