About the Role
GreenLeaf is seeking a mid to senior level Project Manager to spearhead an IT delivery team responsible for enhancing and expanding their platform offerings. The role primarily focuses on upgrading existing trading and lending platforms by integrating cutting-edge AI features that enable smarter automation, improved decision-making, and reduction of manual tasks for end-users. Additionally, the manager will plan and deliver new platforms that complement current services targeting client expansion.
As the delivery lead, you will control project plans, timelines, daily team operations, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve crucial decisions. Given the clientele operates within regulated sectors, ensuring quality, traceability, and meticulous release management is paramount, superseding speed concerns.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a technical delivery team of more than 10 engineers, QA specialists, and analysts through scheduled releases.
- Manage delivery workflows including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint/phase reviews, and status updates.
- Convert product concepts and customer demands into actionable roadmaps with defined priorities.
- Oversee the incremental upgrades to existing trading and lending platforms.
- Steer the development of new complementary platforms from scoping to launch phases.
- Monitor budgeting, allocation of resources, and dependencies while proactively identifying risks with mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, architects, and client-facing personnel.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and release archives to meet compliance and audit requirements.
- Serve as the principal liaison for clients and partners regarding delivery progress and concerns.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 8 years of project management experience, preferably within software or product delivery environments.
- Proven leadership of technical delivery teams rather than just administrative task tracking.
- Proficiency in both Agile and structured project management methodologies.
- Solid technical aptitude to engage effectively with engineers and system architects.
- Genuine interest and understanding of AI and automation technologies and their impact on product capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to make decisive trade-off decisions and communicate them clearly.
- Experience working in highly compliant, audit-focused settings.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client and partner locations, especially during significant release phases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in financial technology or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with trading or lending products.
- Exposure to system upgrade projects, migrations, or complex integrations.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience overseeing new product development from conception to market launch.
- Vendor management expertise.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Tirana, Albania, reporting directly to the CTO. The selected candidate will be expected to handle travel as part of role responsibilities.
