Role Overview
The AI Product Manager within Millennium's Infrastructure team is responsible for driving AI product enablement and adoption initiatives worldwide. This role combines technical expertise in AI, ML, and large language models (LLMs), process automation, survey design, and data analytics to identify organizational challenges and implement AI solutions either from market offerings or internal development. The position requires onboarding global teams to cultivate AI awareness and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed on AI ecosystem trends, including tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and industry players such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI.
- Communicate efficiently with vendors and stakeholders on requirements, priorities, features, product rollouts, and timelines.
- Create accurate, clear documentation detailing products, decision tradeoffs, and value propositions.
- Engage with technical and non-technical teams to onboard them with Millennium's AI products and tools by understanding user needs and requirements.
- Analyze usage and feedback data using SQL and Python to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage insights from data analysis to refine product roadmaps and adoption strategies to maximize firmwide impact.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5 to 7+ years’ experience spanning AI/ML/LLM engineering, startups, technical education, consulting, data science, product analytics, or product management.
- Hands-on technical skills including command line interface usage and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts with a focus on LLMs and their technological strengths and limitations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analytics and visualization.
- Experience using survey platforms and analytics software such as Qualtrics.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Proven capability to manage complex, cross-functional AI product initiatives integrating diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and aptitude for prioritizing initiatives.
