AI Product Manager

The organization emphasizes an AI-native culture, utilizing advanced design, engineering practices, and AI technologies to rapidly transform concepts into tangible products.

This position calls for an accomplished AI Product Manager capable of integrating business goals, technology, and user requirements to deliver measurable results. The role involves significant product judgment, strong client communication, and the capacity to manage AI-based digital products end-to-end from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle from idea discovery through successful delivery.
• Clarify ambiguous business challenges and convert them into precise product requirements and development roadmaps.
• Establish product vision, positioning, priorities, and trade-offs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Make product decisions informed by business targets, user insights, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct client-facing meetings, workshops, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and government clients.
• Transform stakeholder inputs into actionable product initiatives.
• Communicate product strategies and updates to executive leadership.
• Manage product requirements throughout the development phases including creation and maintenance of PRDs, user stories, prototypes, and documentation.
• Prioritize product features and update backlog in close collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Oversee external vendor and technology partner engagement, defining project scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Ensure quality control and accountability across all involved parties.
• Drive the design and definition of AI-native products, identifying opportunities for AI, automation, agents, and language models to produce business value.
• Evaluate AI capabilities and constraints to make informed product choices.
• Utilize contemporary AI tools to speed up product definition, prototyping, and validation.
• Promote cross-functional teamwork with designers, engineers, researchers, and business leaders.
• Encourage a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous enhancement.
• Leverage delivery insights and customer feedback for iterative product improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with demonstrable success in enterprise (B2B) or government digital product delivery.
• Proven track record in launching products or major initiatives from concept to market.
• Deep understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in managing senior-level stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making within technical and non-technical groups.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and trends, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and modern product development tools.
• Capability to assess the technical feasibility of AI solutions balancing innovation and practical business benefits.
• Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with ability to confidently present to executives and clients.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as smart cities, Internet of Things (IoT), smart home technologies, digital healthcare, or other emerging tech sectors.
• Background working in startups or rapidly scaling companies.
• Technical experience collaborating with AI or software engineering teams.
• Track record in developing AI-powered or intelligent digital user experiences.
