Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically adept AI Product Manager to spearhead the development and deployment of AI-centric products throughout their full lifecycle—from ingesting data and creating models to developing user-facing applications. This position centers on delivering production-ready AI solutions that enhance investment processes, financial modeling, and decision-making efficiency.

The role involves translating intricate challenges related to credit risk assessment, deal structuring, and financial analytics into scalable AI innovations. Collaborating at the crossroads of Product, Data Science, and Engineering, you will help craft AI-native product experiences such as agent-assisted workflows, automation systems, and advanced financial data platforms. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring that AI functionalities meet high expectations for accuracy, dependability, and user usability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of AI-powered product experiences including chatbots, multi-agent systems, workflow automation, and decision support interfaces.
• Convert complex financial and investment challenges into scalable AI product solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end development of products encompassing data ingestion pipelines, AI modeling layers, and application frontends.
• Conceptualize and implement multi-agent or prompt-driven AI mechanisms to enhance origination, diligence, and monitoring workflows.
• Develop and manage the structured representation of financial datasets and product information.
• Ensure AI output quality with a focus on precision, explainability, and operational reliability.
• Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and business teams to define product objectives and guide execution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data, AI model performance, and user experience in live environments.
• Lead innovations including AI assistants, financial data mapping, risk assessment engines, and simulation tools.
• Balance timely delivery and meticulous accuracy to achieve meaningful impact within financial contexts.

Qualifications

• Between 5 and 10 years of product management experience coupled with strong technical expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), output evaluation, and hallucination mitigation techniques.
• Experience with data pipelines, including ETL processes and API integrations, as well as handling both structured and unstructured data.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and behavior analysis.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to financial, analytical, or data-heavy technology systems.
• Proficient in SQL or similar data query languages and skilled in API-based system integration.
• Capability to design overarching system architecture encompassing data layers, AI models, and product interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, capable of diagnosing and fixing issues across data, modeling, and user experience domains.
• Proven record collaborating effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams on operational production systems.
• Background or experience in fintech, analytics platforms, or AI product development is advantageous.
