Key Responsibilities

• Architect and enhance Kubernetes and Terraform infrastructures deployed across various customer settings.
• Establish and enforce standards for networking, security, continuous integration and delivery, and multi-region deployments.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive monitoring solutions including metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and service level objectives.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of distributed systems and AI workloads.
• Support scalable high-performance inference engines, data pipelines, and backend services.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability, accommodating rapid and unpredictable growth in workloads.
• Collaborate with technical leaders on architectural decisions and provide guidance to engineering teams.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years experience in developing extensive backend or infrastructure systems.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud networking, orchestration technologies, and tools for system observability.
• Strong background in distributed systems, performance tuning, and incident management.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver dependable solutions.
• Comfortable taking initiative in dynamic, high-accountability environments and setting engineering benchmarks.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace autonomy, and address challenging infrastructure problems.
