Some projects complete in days, others develop into extensive transformative initiatives. You will continuously scope, design, prototype, and test solutions alongside stakeholders, embracing trial and error, and always remain hands-on rather than merely conceptual.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with go-to-market innovation teams to explore and implement agentic AI strategies that enhance product-led growth, including building, deploying, and evaluating solutions.
• Work closely with the legal department to redesign commercial contract review processes, developing tools that significantly reduce lawyers' workload and assessing their impact.
• Partner with the Culture team to transform onboarding experiences by extracting institutional knowledge and constructing a contextual foundation for AI-driven automation.
• Provide coaching to leaders on leveraging AI to reshape team operations and strategy.
• Engage with security engineers to analyze the implications of new connectors, balancing innovation with safety and practicality.
• Consistently deliver working tools or define clear next steps, maintaining proximity to operational reality rather than theoretical planning.
• Introduce novel tools, methodologies, and practices to elevate the organization's overall AI capabilities, advocating persuasively within the company.

Experience and Background

The company welcomes candidates from diverse professional backgrounds such as product, operations, research, engineering, design, enablement, marketing, and consulting, as well as less traditional paths. The emphasis lies on demonstrated outcomes and cognitive approaches, not formal security or AI credentials.

Ideal applicants generally have 5 to 15 years of relevant career experience marked by significant project deliveries, maintaining close engagement with hands-on work. They possess a mindset grounded in first principles, collaborative teamwork, and flexible planning that adapts to new insights.

Compensation and Benefits

The company offers competitive salaries exceeding average market rates, expected between £80,000 and £150,000 for this position, based on skills and contributions.
