Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Intern to join our Systems & Automation team. This position involves experimenting with AI technologies across departments to identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them, enhancing workflows with an AI-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore and implement AI tools across different teams to boost efficiency.
- Identify and automate repetitive processes within the organization.
- Develop AI-centric solutions to improve operations.
- Create effective AI prompts that generate consistent results.
- Design reusable AI workflows and procedural playbooks.
- Construct dynamic dashboards using Power BI, Google AppScript, and other tools.
- Document successful methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Conduct research on emerging AI tools and applications.
- Engage in iterative testing and enhancement of AI implementations.
- Support various teams in adopting AI technologies confidently.
Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with AI integrated into daily work practices.
- Enjoy experimentation, system deconstruction and reconstruction.
- Focus on processes and system thinking rather than just tools.
- Logical mindset with an orientation towards automation and dashboard creation.
- Self-motivated learner enthusiastic about experimentation.
- Prior experience with similar roles or internships is highly desirable.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools, no-code platforms, or Python programming is an added advantage.
