- Establish engineering standards encompassing AI governance, observability, responsible AI, security, scalability, and operational support.
- Oversee LLMOps practices, including evaluation, monitoring, testing, prompt management, and optimization.
- Contribute to proposals, solution cost estimations, technical assurance reviews, and client presentations.
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and reference architectures for use across engagements.
- Coach engineers, architects, and consultants to cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Stay actively engaged with emerging AI technologies and keep abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary technology delivery teams in consulting, professional services, or tech organisations.

- Ability to balance strategic architectural vision with pragmatic delivery requirements.
- Experience in defining engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best delivery practices.
- Strong grasp of modern software engineering methodologies including DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native system design.
- Proven experience communicating and engaging with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into technical plans.
- Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent, fostering team growth and positive culture.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving AI technologies.
