AI Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to lead the design, creation, and deployment of advanced AI models across diverse domains, including natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI models to production environments in various fields like NLP and computer vision.
• Prepare and enhance datasets through cleaning, preprocessing, and augmentation to support effective model training and evaluation.
• Execute model training and fine-tuning using advanced AI techniques and frameworks to achieve optimal accuracy and performance.
• Perform thorough validation and rigorous testing to confirm model robustness, reliability, and applicability.
• Improve model efficiency by optimizing for speed, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, domain specialists, and stakeholders to embed AI capabilities within products and services.
• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and integrate innovative approaches to address practical challenges.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation concerning AI models, algorithms, and workflows to support knowledge transfer and ongoing development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or closely related disciplines; a Ph.D. is an advantage.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying AI models successfully.
• Strong programming skills, especially in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
