About the Role
Join CodeSoul Labs as an AI Engineer to contribute to the development of intelligent agent systems and AI functionalities integrated within our products, including Aether OS. This role is full-time and permits remote or hybrid work anywhere within India.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy agent and large language model (LLM) features across CodeSoul Labs' product lineup.
- Manage evaluation processes, safety mechanisms, and maintain strict latency requirements.
- Seamlessly incorporate AI models into existing product workflows.
- Create clear and reusable documentation for internal teams outlining implementation patterns.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated practical experience implementing LLM or agent-based applications.
- Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript within production environments.
- Strong appreciation for system reliability, cost efficiency, and building user trust.
- Excellent ability to articulate technical trade-offs and decision-making clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Experience with model fine-tuning techniques.
- Basic familiarity with MLOps principles.
- Good product sensibility and understanding of user needs.
