AI Engineer - Generative and Agentic AI

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer specializing in Generative and Agentic AI to join our team in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI models and systems that push the boundaries of current technologies in the AI domain.

Role Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, build, and refine state-of-the-art AI models with an emphasis on Generative and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate AI-powered solutions into existing product lines and services.
• Engage in cutting-edge research to contribute to advancements in AI, including publishing findings in leading journals and conferences.
• Implement robust machine learning algorithms to enhance AI system functionality and efficacy.
• Lead initiatives to develop scalable AI systems focused on efficiency and precision.
• Assess and enhance current AI models ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers while fostering professional growth within the AI team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in AI development, specifically in Generative and Agentic AI fields.
• Proven experience developing AI systems at commercial scale.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning theories, neural network designs, and natural language processing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to innovate using the latest AI technologies.

Educational Background and Additional Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• A strong publication record in respected AI conferences and journals is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with deploying AI models in operational environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-expert stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing diverse and sizable engineering teams.

• Experience with cloud-based AI system architectures.
• Awareness of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations related to AI implementations.
• Availability for full-time onsite work and effective leadership of collaborative projects.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control tools.
