Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic AI Engineer dedicated to crafting next-gen AI-driven applications. This role plays a pivotal part in the creation, deployment, and enhancement of cutting-edge AI models powering intelligent tools that serve millions. The focus is primarily on generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and embedding complex autonomous workflows into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI solutions emphasizing generative AI and conversational capabilities.
• Develop context-sensitive, autonomous AI agents leveraging modern frameworks to tackle intricate business challenges and automate processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to process and prepare extensive datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and fine-tune foundation models for live deployment.
• Create and deploy robust, scalable AI pipelines fit for production environments.
• Evaluate and enhance AI model performance to align with business needs.
• Stay abreast of recent developments in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems, proposing innovative enhancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience creating ML/AI models, particularly involving contemporary LLM solutions.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced skills in Python programming and familiarity with AI/LLM libraries such as transformers, vLLM, accelerate, PEFT/LoRA, and DSPy.
  • Experience developing and deploying REST APIs with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask to serve AI models effectively.
  • Expertise in building AI applications using LLM platforms (e.g., Gemini, GPT-4, Claude) and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Practical knowledge of developer tools including Google AI SDK, OpenAI SDK, and N8N.
  • Strong understanding of AI agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and managing multi-agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and backend-as-a-service offerings like Supabase.
  • Comprehension of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for securely linking AI models to external data sources and tools.
  • Experience fine-tuning deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ML deployment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication talents to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative teamwork orientation.

Preferred Attributes

• Expertise in advanced prompt engineering methods such as Few-Shot, Chain-of-Thought, and ReAct is highly valued.
• Experience customizing large language models for specialized domains.
• Exposure to multimodal AI learning involving visual and language model integration.
• Understanding of LLMOps and MLOps practices, including containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contributions to academic publications or open-source AI projects are a plus.
