Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah for an AI Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence models that enhance product innovation, optimize operational workflows, and improve customer experiences. Emphasis is placed on pattern recognition and data-driven decisions. Daily duties include building and training machine learning and neural network models, developing NLP solutions, integrating AI modules with current software systems, and working closely with teams across product, IT, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Construct and train machine learning and neural network models aligned with business goals.
• Develop natural language processing solutions for customer engagement and internal applications.
• Integrate AI components into existing software systems effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including product management, IT, and marketing.
• Measure and enhance model performance continuously and refine algorithms.
• Maintain scalable, secure, and robust AI pipelines and infrastructure.
• Document technical approaches and solutions comprehensively.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies relevant to fashion retail and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Solid foundation in Computer Science and practical software development experience.
• Proficient in pattern recognition techniques and neural network implementations.
• Experience with natural language processing for text analysis and customer interaction.
• Strong programming skills in languages central to AI development (e.g., Python), and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Academic qualifications including a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Additional advantageous skills: data engineering, cloud computing platforms, version control systems, and MLOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience applying AI in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry, is considered a plus.
