Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will pioneer AI-driven engineering initiatives by identifying operational challenges and delivering efficient AI-based solutions to accelerate market delivery. You will apply your expertise in Python and generative AI models to develop AI workflows using tools such as LangChain and Google ADK, enhancing business and IT process efficiency. Your work will involve breaking down complex tasks into AI-optimized components, employing context engineering techniques including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to maintain result relevance and quality. You will design and implement secure, scalable AI systems aligned with corporate standards and governance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business challenges and translate them into AI-enabled workflows. Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks, agent-based system design, and advanced context engineering is highly valued. You should work independently, manage priorities effectively under pressure, and flourish in a multinational environment requiring proficient spoken and written English for cross-regional collaboration.
