Role Overview
We seek an AI Developer to join a fast-paced team delivering AI-driven solutions in the technology and telecom sector based in Singapore. This permanent position offers a competitive salary with merit-based progression and the chance to work on innovative AI projects that reach end users directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-powered workflow and automation systems.
- Set up and deploy AI agents utilizing large language model (LLM) platforms.
- Craft precise prompts and system directives to ensure dependable AI-generated outcomes.
- Design and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, knowledge repositories, and information retrieval systems.
- Integrate AI features into commercial products and internal systems using API technologies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Background in software or AI engineering with hands-on experience.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or comparable systems.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience in API integrations and developing automation solutions.
