AI Automation Manager

Job Overview

This role seeks a seasoned professional skilled in Python backend development and AI automation, responsible for designing modular, scalable applications and orchestrating agentic AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop and maintain Python applications with a strong grasp of data structures and object-oriented programming principles.
• Design and implement modular, high-performance backend systems using FastAPI, ensuring robust API architecture and security.
• Leverage expertise in profiling, debugging, dependency management, and unit testing to enhance application reliability.
• Architect and manage database schemas with hands-on experience in MongoDB and PostgreSQL integrations.
• Utilize Docker, Docker Compose, and YAML configurations for containerized deployment and networking.
• Develop and oversee agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, including multi-step workflow design with nodes, edges, and centralized state management.
• Define and handle complex conversation states, context propagation, error retries, and fallback strategies within AI agents.
• Troubleshoot and debug failed AI agent workflows through detailed execution path analysis.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in building microservices or distributed backend infrastructures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, along with modern DevOps practices.
• Prior exposure to large language model-based applications and AI automation tools.
• Leadership experience including mentoring engineering teams is an advantage.
