AI Architect

Overview

Systems Arabia is looking for a highly experienced AI Architect with over a decade of IT expertise, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, Cloud Architecture, and Enterprise Solution Design. This key leadership role centers on designing and governing scalable AI solutions that align with strategic business goals. The professional will leverage deep technical knowledge across AI/ML technologies, cloud environments, data engineering, MLOps, and emerging Generative AI technologies, collaborating closely with executives, product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and direct the enterprise AI vision, architectural roadmap, and governance aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create scalable, secure, cloud-native AI platforms to facilitate company-wide AI integration.
• Design and deploy Generative AI initiatives utilizing large language models, retrieval augmented generation frameworks, AI copilots, chatbots, and intelligent knowledge management systems.
• Architect Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems to automate intricate business workflows and decision processes.
• Develop AI orchestration layers, prompt engineering techniques, customizable models, and human-in-the-loop frameworks.
• Oversee full AI/ML lifecycle platforms inclusive of development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization phases.
• Lead solutions involving natural language processing, computer vision applications, recommendation engines, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Design AI-enabled data infrastructure like data platforms, lakes, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps best practices, including continuous integration, delivery pipelines, observability, governance, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, responsible AI principles, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously assess emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic innovations for business transformation.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval augmented generation, prompt engineering, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and AI copilot frameworks.
• Experience with leading AI platforms and foundation models including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Proficiency in cutting-edge AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Strong programming capability in Python and SQL; experienced in crafting APIs, microservices, and enterprise application development.
• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise search technologies.
• Skilled in building scalable AI-centric data platforms, including data lakes and real-time pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Experience with public cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud encompassing AI and ML service utilization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, orchestration via Kubernetes, MLflow, and AI observability tools.
• In-depth understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, security, data privacy, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in defining AI strategies, enterprise architectures, governance models, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and business automation systems.
• Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience leading enterprise-scale AI transformation efforts.
