Agile PLM Development Team Member for Reckitt

Role Overview

This position is based in Nagpur and requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.6. The role involves significant expertise in PLM domain, Oracle Agile product, and WebLogic server administration to support Reckitt projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Oracle Agile PLM environments including upgrades and administration.
• Set up and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments, including domains, managed servers, clusters, and deployments.
• Configure and administer JDBC data sources, JMS resources, and security measures such as SSL certificates and keystores.
• Monitor WebLogic Server performance and conduct capacity planning along with JVM tuning for optimal application performance.
• Manage application deployment and rollback processes.
• Ensure high availability and load balancing configurations are in place.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven domain expertise in Product Lifecycle Management with hands-on experience in Oracle Agile PLM, specifically version 9.3.6.
• Experience in Oracle Agile upgrades, configuration, and WebLogic administration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete projects within deadlines.
