Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the team through talent acquisition and leadership development.
• Provide in-depth training on products to the team members.
• Inspire team members to fully utilize their capabilities and acknowledge their achievements with awards and rewards.
• Focus on learning and development initiatives and plan for succession within the team.
• Work on strategies to reduce staff attrition rates.
• Support team members in reaching their career objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Additional Information

• Candidate must attend office-location interview and complete five days of mandatory in-branch training (physical attendance required).
• The role includes adherence to all procedural and system guidelines of the company.
• Age requirement: 40 to 65 years.
