Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The key focus of this role is to recruit and develop new Financial Advisors to expand our agency network effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new Financial Advisors to grow the agency team.
- Ensure candidates successfully clear the IC33 examination required for licensing.
- Facilitate the process of obtaining necessary licenses for new advisors.
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge sessions to advisors to enable effective selling.
- Provide consistent training programs for advisors to enhance their skills and performance.
- Actively motivate, mentor, and lead the sales team towards achieving targets.
