Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated afterhours dispatcher eager to join a dynamic team that values innovation and aims to uphold high industry standards. The role involves managing daily operations related to truckload shipments, overseeing driver groups, executing dispatch activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous driver communications throughout shifts.
• Track freight delivery updates to ensure timely progress on routes.
• Coordinate with dispatch colleagues to adapt routes meeting customer requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service when liaising with freight brokers.
• Deliver cargo information to customers regarding pickups, transit status, and delivery schedules.
• Support company growth initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively with a proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail.
• Strong geographic awareness of the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
• Prior degree in Engineering, Administration, or Finance is advantageous.
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-paced office environment.
• Strong organizational skills and emphasis on accuracy.

Additional Information

• Must be fluent in English to perform job functions effectively.
• Preferred to have at least one year of experience in operations, logistics, or trucking sectors.
• Work hours: Friday through Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM US Central Time (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM CET local time). Schedule may vary.
• Work location: Onsite at the office located in Cevahir Mall, Skopje.
