About the Role
We are representing a partner company seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager for the iGaming sector based in Ireland. This pivotal role involves expanding and optimizing a global affiliate network within the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will utilize their existing contacts and proactively seek new affiliates, media partners, and quality traffic sources to increase player acquisition, revenue, and return on investment through strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of current affiliates and media partners.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and strategic traffic sources.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key affiliate stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations on agreements including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other commission models.
- Track and analyze affiliate traffic, player activity, acquisition metrics, revenue, and ROI.
- Spot optimization opportunities from performance data to boost acquisition efficiency and profitability.
- Implement initiatives to grow player acquisition and affiliate-driven revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and internal teams to align affiliate efforts with broader commercial strategies.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, new traffic sources, and acquisition opportunities across European and LATAM markets.
- Maintain awareness of affiliate industry developments and contribute innovative ideas and opportunities.
- Work autonomously in a remote setting while ensuring transparent communication and delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven professional experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
- A strong, existing network of affiliates, publishers, or media partners relevant to the industry.
- Sound understanding of affiliate commercial models such as CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid structures.
- Demonstrable success in driving player acquisition, revenue, and ROI through affiliate strategies.
- Commercially savvy with a focus on performance and results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Capability to independently manage partnerships and priorities in a fully remote environment.
- Experience engaging with European and/or LATAM markets preferred.
- Competence analyzing traffic, conversion, revenue, and partner performance data.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with confidence to seek and develop new growth channels.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple affiliate relations and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient English; additional languages relevant to European or LATAM markets are advantageous.
